Privacy Policy
Doggy Problems is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals' personal information and is bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) and the Information Privacy Principles set out in the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Victoria) (“the Acts”).
Doggy Problems will only collect, use or disclose personal information in accordance with the Acts and this privacy policy.
Doggy Problems will, from time to time, collect and use personal information. The information about yourself or your dog, such as name, address or other relevant data may be added to our internal data records. All information received from you (either by mail / fax or in any electronic format), however, is used internally by Doggy Problems only.
We will not share personally identifiable information with any third party without your express consent unless you have supplied approval for this, except or where Doggy Problems is required or authorised by law to disclose personal information.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be provided for any confirmed class bookings. Transfer to another class may be permitted depending upon availability.
Clients who are forced to withdraw due to failure in their dog's health prior to the completion of class will be entitled to transfer to another class subject to availability, although NO refund will be provided.
Clients, who are forced to withdraw due to their dog being overly stressed, will be entitled to a refund of the class fee.
Full payment for Home Consultations will be expected if a cancellation is made on the day of the consultation. Cancellations made after a booking has been confirmed will be billed a $50.00 cancellation fee which will be deducted from any consultation re booked within 28 days of the original consultation.

Training Policy
Doggy problems support only positive motivational training methods and as such choker or chain collars are not allowed.
An appropriate soft collar and leash is recommended for all sessions
All fees are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
Any documentation or publications supplied remains copyright to Doggy Problems and is provided for the use of clients only and may not be copied or published without the express permission of Doggy Problems.
All group training classes are to be booked in advance. Please note that we can only hold bookings as guaranteed upon receipt of payment. Any bookings not secured by payment are considered tentative, unless any other form of confirmation has been received
All handlers are fully liable for their dogs at all times during sessions.
All dogs attending group training sessions are required to have current and up to date immunisation, proof of which is required at the time of registration. Puppies therefore need at least the 1st injection, and for adult dogs need a current C5 certificate.
